Our latest IT equipment broadcasts digital imaging of your damaged vehicle, and computerized estimates of the cost of repair, straight to your insurer's computer screen for the speediest of claim processing.

  • We will recover the vehicle, if necessary, and provide advice with onward travel etc
  • We will liaise with your insurer
  • A courtesy car is available (usual conditions apply)
  • Our estimator will appraise the vehicle and submit a repair quote to your insurer as above
  • Authorization is given to start work
  • Using computerized jigs and welding equipment we repair the damage
  • The exterior of the vehicle is finished to a high standard in our spray booth and low bake oven
  • Computerized paint mixing ensures that factory finish
  • Your vehicle is valeted and ready for collection/delivery
